Terms of service

Simple rules for using SummariseLab.

These terms cover the web workspace and APIs. For enterprise agreements, contact alkarimgroupltd@gmail.com.

Your responsibilities

  • Use Summarizer for lawful purposes and respect YouTube’s Terms of Service.
  • Don’t attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service (spam, scraping, credential stuffing).
  • Keep API keys, tokens, and workspace invites confidential.

Our service

  • We provide best-effort uptime (currently 99.4% rolling 90 days) but service is offered “as is”.
  • Credit-based plans renew monthly; unused credits do not roll over unless noted in your contract.
  • We may update features or pricing with notice. Enterprise contracts continue per their schedule.

Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case for outages longer than 12 hours or duplicate charges.
  • Invoices and receipts are emailed to the billing contact configured in your workspace.

Acceptable use

  • No generating disinformation, harassment, or violating intellectual property.
  • Do not attempt to jailbreak or exploit upstream language models via Summarizer.
  • Notify our security team immediately if you discover a vulnerability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform stability. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; we’ll immediately revoke access and stop future charges.
