Data we collect

Account basics (name, email, workspace metadata) so you can sign in and sync activity.
Usage events such as which features are triggered (summaries, commands, downloads) to help us monitor reliability.
Content you explicitly send us (video URLs, support tickets). We do not ingest private videos unless you ask us to.

How we use your information

Provide and improve the summarization service and tailor product onboarding.
Maintain security and detect abuse (rate limiting, audit trails, fraud prevention).
Send transactional updates (credits, billing, incident notices). Marketing email is opt-in only.

Your controls

Export or delete account data anytime by emailing alkarimgroupltd@gmail.com.
Disable telemetry in workspace settings for stricter compliance needs.
Execute Data Processing Agreements (DPA) for enterprise use—contact our support desk.

Third-party processors

Vercel hosts the web app and API edge functions.
Google Gemini provides the large language models used for summarisation.
Stripe powers billing, while Zapier + Slack handle optional workflow automations.

Data retention

Summaries and transcripts are stored for 30 days by default so you can revisit them across devices. Workspace admins can shorten or lengthen retention inside settings. Deleted data is scrubbed from hot storage immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days.
